WCF SECTION PRESS RELEASE #33 – 4/30/15
SECTION MANAGER VISITS TARCFEST #33 BUT REGRETFULLY MISSED THE WEST CENTRAL FLORIDA ARES MEETING
On Saturday April 18th, Darrell Davis KT4WX facilitated the ARRL table at TARCFest number 33 and was kept quite busy help out ARRL members and non-members alike, and regretfully did not have a chance to take any picture. TARCFest #33 was well and everyone themselves and there were many bargains to be found. The TARCFest is held three times a year: January, April, and August, and is sponsored by the Tampa Amateur Radio Club at their clubhouse on North 22nd Street just north of Sligh Avenue in Tampa.
Darrell then left the TARCFest to attempt to make it to the rescheduled West Central Florida Section ARES meeting at the Hardee County EOC in Wauchula, but regretfully did not make it until after the meeting had concluded.
