Information Statement from Hillsborough County ARES/RACES:
The 2016 Hillsborough County Mass Casualty Exercise will be held from 9AM to Noon on Thursday March 24, 2016. This year’s exercise will be a simulation of an Anthrax Outbreak. ARES/RACES will be tasked with tracking the students who are playing the role of victims as well as setting up remote communications capabilities from a Point of Distribution Center (POD) at the Florida State Fairgrounds.
